Carey Lindemann, M.D.
Dr. Lindemann graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M, majoring in Nutritional Science. She received her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and completed her family medicine residency training at the Methodist Hospital, where she served as chief resident and the Diabetes Change Agent for GO! Diabetes Education Program, a joint program between Texas, Georgia, and Oklahoma to promote awareness for diabetes quality improvement. Dr. Lindemann received the Award of Excellence from the GO! Diabetes Program in November of 2009 and the inaugural Excellence in Leadership award from The Methodist Hospital.
Dr. Lindemann has been married for 11 years and has three children; Carson, age 10, Peyton, age 7, and Katherine, age 4. “My husband Lindy and I were looking for a town where we could raise our kids in a friendly environment and become part of the community and we are so excited to have both of these in Nacogdoches.”
